Struggling with my daily blog

struggling with my daily blogDaily blogging is a challenge, the 2015 BIG Jumpstart Challenge is kicking my tail. I have been very blessed this January with a ton of work. I reach the end of my day and realize I haven’t blogged yet. UGH! I love a good challenge. I saw this challenge as a way to cement my new, (renewed )keystone habit of blogging for and about real estate.

I blogged daily for months and fell off the blogging waggon. I don’t want that to happen again because I have so much to share. More importantly, the networking with other real estate professionals is invaluable. I love the new Q & A feature, I’ve posted a few questions and the answers have been helpful. Most recently I asked the question: “Have you assisted a buyer purchasing a home with a built in pool in the winter? If so, how did you protect the buyers interests regarding the pool condition?  The answers helped me broaden the options I recommended to my client.

Lynn Friedman’s rules even allow for a few missed days. “24 posts in 28 days” - I’ve already missed my 4, so there isn’t a buffer anymore. No room for error, no slack in the rope. I am planning not to fail!

For anyone struggling to keep up with this challenge or anything else, I hope it helps to know you are not alone. I’m going to keep trying and I hope you do too.
